She received her dental degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She then furthered her extensive training by completing a rigorous dental residency program at Phelps Memorial Hospital and Open Door Clinics in Westchester County. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from New York University.
