The early stages of Baltic Contractor started in 1979 in Los Angeles, California where I began as an independent Plumbing Contractor. After a few years working as a plumber, I also obtained my Electrical and General Contractor license to further expand my services and customer base. Consequently, I was able to successfully manage concurrent construction projects with overlapping deadlines.

Over the course of 30 plus years, I have tackled both small and large commercial and residential projects in the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition, I completed a large luxurious custom home in Lake Oswego, Oregon as well as major renovations for a home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently, I operate exclusively in the Los Angeles Area, providing exceptional customer service and completing both small and large projects within budgets.

My name is Eddie Avanessian and I am the owner operator of Baltic Contractor and have been in this business for over 30 years. While other companies may contract out jobs to lesser qualified technicians, I pride myself in playing a major role in all jobs

we take even after all these years. Because of my love for construction and personal involvement with each job, I can assure the highest standards of quality and cost efficiency for our customers.

As an owner-operated business, I focus on listening to customers and ensuring that the project scope and budget are compatible. Moreover, I advise customers on the quality of materials, permits, and completion schedules. With my services, customers know pertinent details before signing an agreement.
