Advanced Specialty Program in Prosthodontics, Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University of New York.Dr. Ashley Azizian is an ethical and meticulous provider that strives for excellence in outcome through her keen eye for detail, professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Dr. Azizian graduated with a Bachelors in Biology from Rutgers University. She received her dental degree from Columbia University. She continued with a residency program in General Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center, a level one trauma center.

Dr. Azizian went on to complete the second year of General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical center where she served as a chief resident.

Dr. Azizian completed a three-year advanced specialty program in Prosthodontics at the Manhattan VA. She is highly trained in full mouth rehabilitations on teeth, implants, and combinations of both with a focus on symmetry and esthetics. She remains up to date with the latest trends and developments in dental techniques by attending conferences in prosthodontics and other continuing education courses.

Dr. Azizian was an adjunct faculty in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the NYU College of Dentistry, where she assisted in teaching Pre-Doctoral Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics Course.Dr. Azizian has proficiency in multiple languages, including Russian and Armenian. She enjoys traveling, theater and exploring art galleries and museums. Dr. Azizian currently resides in Chatham, NJ with her husband and son.
