He is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. As a Diplomate of The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he specializes in surgical treatment and reconstruction of the face and oral cavity. He has training in both medicine (MD) and dentistry (DDS).

He has extensive experience in implant surgery, corrective jaw surgery, sleep apnea surgery, maxillofacial pathology and trauma, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Following graduation from college, He was awarded a scholarship to complete a combined dental and Ph.D. program at the University of Maryland, graduating magna cum laude. His academic achievements earned him induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society and numerous scholarships.

While in Dental School, he developed a passion for caring for patients with surgical needs. He pursued surgical training at the world-renowned University Maryland, R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, one of the leading programs in the country.

He went on to complete an internship in General Surgery and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. With a drive for perfection, He completed formal surgical training by excelling nationally among his peers.
