Kharisma Hair Studio | Houston, TX: Kharisma owner Debbie Comeaux has quite a pedigree both in salon management and in styling. For nearly three decades, Debbie (she’s a first name type of person) immaculately managed the staff and operations of Norris of Houston, one of Houston and the Galleria district’s most prominent and successful salons.

Always keen to stay current, Debbie never left the floor and maintained both a client list and cutting-edge styling techniques. With such vast and market-specific experience, it was just a matter of time before Debbie ventured into ownership. She jumped at the chance to acquire Kharisma Hair Studio early this year and is delighted with her decision.

She is energized by the wonderful clients, the ultra-talented staff, and the location. Debbie is insistent on retaining all the special qualities that Kharisma clients expect, but she also has exciting plans to further improve the salon and the salon experience for clients.

Meanwhile, Debbie has vowed never to permanently relinquish her scissors to administrative duties. She continues to care for her many valued clients and to accept new bookings as-available. She very much hopes to meet you on your next visit to the salon.

Claudia is a 20-year veteran hairstylist practicing precision hair cutting and barbering — and with specialized knowledge in color. A native Houstonian, Claudia began her career training and working in some of the top salons in the Houston area.

Claudia’s background includes training from Bumble & Bumble, Aveda Institution, Wella Master Colorist/Balayage, and L’Oreal Professionals. Claudia is adept in all highlight techniques from foil, balayage, and Ombre, to color correction. In addition to offering the latest in modern hair styling, Claudia regularly provides blowouts and conditioning treatments, including Keratin.

Claudia conducts personalized client consultations and strives to achieve looks that leave you feeling amazing — and confesses a love for the “Pretty with an Edge” look. Claudia helps clients find what compliments their own personal style and teaches them the tricks and techniques to recreate their look at home. Cindie Bono’s talent was apparent at a very early age. She began her career at Norris Hairstyling of Houston and has remained at the forefront of the industry, including owning and operating one of the most successful salons in Houston.

She has received numerous awards, placing her as one of Houston’s leading hair care professionals. Cindie specializes in cutting, designing and styling men’s hair, and is known for exceptional customer service — and always going above and beyond to accommodate her clients. Ashley got her start as an apprentice under one of Houston’s premier hairstylists and has over 16 years of experience in color, highlighting, hair styling and hair cutting. She attended the Wella Academy in New York and is a certified Wella master colorist.

Ashley is also certified in GK smoothing treatments and has attended Aguage training for both hair styling and hair cutting. Most importantly, she specializes in the integrity of hair and ensures that her clients are in love with their transformation
