Mr. Moradian’s diverse experience also includes serving as in-house patent counsel for a medical device company and as trial counsel in a patent infringement case. He graduated cum laude from New York University with a degree in Biology in 1997 and cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2000.

PAYAM MORADIAN Payam Moradian started his career at a large intellectual property law firm in New York, where he focused on patent prosecution and counseling.
Mr. Moradian has since moved to Los Angeles and was patent counsel for a medical device company, where he managed the worldwide patent portfolio of the company.
in Moradian law, Mr. Moradian was also a partner at a Los Angeles intellectual property law firm, where he was the head of the patent and trademark prosecution department.
Mr. Moradian has also participated in several patent litigations.
In one litigation, Mr. Moradian’s cross-examination of the plaintiff’s expert in front of a jury resulted in the jury invalidating several broad claims of the plaintiff’s patent.
