All appointments for spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card. For your convenience, we can keep your credit card on file.

Cell Phones: We ask that you consider others, staff and patrons, no cell phone use during treatments and all cell phones on vibrate at all times. Check-In:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, this will accommodate some changing and updating your information.

Please check in at the reception area. Gift Certificates: These are a terrific way to surprise or introduce a friend to our spa.

We offer great packages as well as a la carte items. Please ask a manager for information. Gratuities: These are appreciated and of course are discretionary.

Please Note: Out of consideration to all our clients, and for safety reasons, children under 12 must be under parents supervision at all times. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Multi-service or multiple appointments and all packages require a full 24 hours notice to cancel or change in any way. All appointments are guaranteed with a credit card.

If you fail to call or show up for your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
