Patrick Parhami has been a part of the San Fernando Valley community for the past 20 years. A proud member of the California State Bar since 2000, Parhami also holds a degree in Finance, Real Estate and Economics. For ten years Patrick was vice president for Wells Fargo bank, Studio City. He left to pursue his dream of owning his own business and is currently the President and CEO of Parhami Law Group. Parhami, who is also fluent in Farsi, is also a successful Business Manager assisting executives in the entertainment industry, in addition to professionals in other industries.

He focuses his area of law practice in Business Law, Bankruptcy, Debt Settlements, Contracts, Estate Planning, Collections, Banking, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant issues, Foreclosures/Short-sales, Traffic Tickets, DUI, Labor and Employment Law. In addition, Patrick retains his Real Estate Broker license from the State of California.

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal honoured Patrick Parhami as one of the “Top 40-Under-40 business leaders in the San Fernando Valley in 2008. He was selected by the publication’s editorial staff for his outstanding business and community leadership. Since Parhami became the Wells Fargo Vice President in 2000, he and his team consistently were recognized as top performers in the company by exceeding their sales and profit goals every quarter.

In addition to his regular responsibilities, Patrick was a leader among his peers, serving in many organizations as the chairperson for the Wells Fargo Leadership Council, Greater Los Angeles Diversity Council and Caspian Connection. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Parhami worked at Bank of America for nine years starting his career in the financial industry.

The most significant impact Patrick has made is through his community involvement. Parhami is active in community nonprofits and serves as a board member of the Studio City Improvement Association. He also leads the fundraising efforts for many non-profit organizations.

Parhami continues to inspire his teams, friends and family to volunteer locally and is often seen throughout the year volunteering at various community events, including the Studio City Holiday Parade, the Jewish Home for the Aging Walk of Ages, City of Hope Walk for Breast Cancer, the Los Angeles Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk and AIDS Walk Los Angeles.
