Our main product is a Persian whole wheat sourdough flatbread named Sangak.

Sangak is made of: “Sang” which means pebble in Farsi, the whole word “Sangak” means little pebbles.

Sangak is one of the most difficult whole wheat sourdough recipes in the world, based on actual “pebbles”.

This bread is baked on a bed layer of pebbles in a rotary oven.

Other products such as a handpicked selection of Persian pastries served with Persian tea, Persian Ice-cream and different appetizers are also offered to our customers.
