After moving to Canada ten years ago, Shanaz (Monica) never forgot her roots. Born in Rasht, situated in northern Iran near the Caspian sea, she found a talent for baking at a very young age. Always wanting to start her own bakery, she’s decided to launch Persian Delights as a way to share these delicious treats with all Edmontonians.
