Sara Ghassemi

Dr Sara Ghassemi specializes in health-focused integrative orthodontics, with specific emphasis on early and interceptive treatment, growth and development, and functional orthopaedic orthodontics. She is a certified Invisalign provider and uses a variety of functional and palatal expansion appliances.

She also has a special interest in holistic pediatric healthcare and nutrition. Dr Ghassemi received her certificate of advanced graduate study in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2008.

She received her DMD from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. She is an alumnus of the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA.

Azin Tarifard, D.D.S

Pediatric Dentistry Dr Azin Tarifard –  after graduating magna cum laude with a BA in biology, Dr Tarifard pursued dental education at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA and received her DDS degree in 2006. She continued for one year of residency at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the same university.

After 4 years of working as a general dentist, she followed her passion for treating children and entered a three-year pediatric dentistry program at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, through which she also earned her Master of Science in Dentistry.

Dr Tarifard is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Massachusetts Association of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr Tarifard loves teaching, which helps create a positive influence on children through their dental treatment. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, playing the piano and spending time with family and friends.
