Masoud Masjedi Masoud Masjedi (Of Counsel) For almost 20 years, attorney Masjedi has represented clients and has provided legal services, in various legal matters and litigation, including -Representation of clients in civil litigation, and general business-related issues. -Comprehensive legal counselling and planning (personal and corporate). -Insurance claims. -Employment-based controversies and litigation. Sara Hosseini Sara is a recent graduate of the California State University of Northridge. During her time at University, she interned for Manesh & Mizrahi, where she discovered a passion and enthusiasm for the practice of law.

Sara’s primary responsibilities are working with the firm’s principal partner, Mike S. Manesh, in estate planning and asset protection. She is currently studying for her Law School Admission Test (“LSAT”) and is in the process of applying to law schools. Upon completion of her legal studies, Sara hopes to one day join the firm as an attorney.

Susan Gutierrez  Susan E.Gutierrez joined Manesh & Mizrahi in May 2016, primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Trust Administration and Corporate Matters, with an emphasis on the Formation of Entities.
